On Saturday, March 28th, 2009 students from across Alameda County came together to share innovative waste reduction strategies that they have developed on their middle school and high school campuses. Nearly 40 students representing 8 schools presented 30 minute workshops designed to spread their best practices in student environmental leadership to other schools.
